Template Change while submitting to a WSS server

Here is what I'd like to accomplish:

Purchase requests can be generated in a form library in http://companyweb/purchase_requests.

When the user hits submit, the forms content is to be stored in a different site ://companyweb/finance/purchasing with a different template.

The point of the exercise is that the user only sees the request form. When it hits the new tempalte there is a purchase order view and a routing view on top of that.

What is the best way to do this.
