Hi,
I am using Business Contact Manager 2003 and am trying to be able to use
word templates while creating new letters to my contacts. The problem is
that, the templates that I create in word only gives the header and footer
when using the letter wizard from BCM. Any text which was in the document is
removed.
How do I go about creating templates for use within BCM?
