template dual side printing 3x5 index card

I am looking for a template that will allow me to print questions on the fron
and answers on the back of a 3x5 index card.

You can still do this with a multi-card setup (by duplexing, manually if
needed), but you will need to reverse the text for the right and left cells
so that answers are printed on the back of the correct card.
