When I Try to download a Excel template from Microsoft, Excel starts to open
and then Excel errors out. The error is Excel.exe has generated errors and
will be closed by windows. An error log is being created.
Where is the log, and how can I correct the problem.
I am using Excel 2000 and W2000.
