Template Feather tool simular used in Adobe Photo Shop

I'm looking for a Template Feather tool simular used in Adobe Photo Shop to
be used in Power Point.
Please help!

there is no feather tool in powerpoint. I guess the nearest thing would be
the ability to gradually fade the fill color from solid to transparent
