I am working on making an algorithm sheet for pulmonary function testing. I
need to find a way to make the page that has a question in one bubble, with a
yes arrow going to another bubble and a no arrow going to another bubble,
etc., etc. Can anyone help?

Microsoft's Help system has landed you in the wrong newsgroup: this
one is for the database program Microsoft Access.

Please use the dropdown box (the one that says "Access" by default)
to select a more appropriate newsgroup. I suspect that you'll do
better using Microsoft Publisher, or perhaps PowerPoint.
