Template for Customer Service Databse

Hello,

Does anyone know where I might be able to find a template for a customer
service database (Something to get me started)? I would like to be able to
track customer service cases for a small business...

There are a couple of templates included with Access (provided you did a
full install). File, New, General Templates, and click on the Templates
tab - There's a service call management and a time and billing template you
could start with.
