Template for product volumes?

I need to compare purchase order quantites (sorted by supplier) vs. quantity
receipts on monthly orders? Can anyone advise an easy table to do so?

I would back up a step and ask how you are doing the POs and receiving now?
Is it in some sort of computerized system, or do you have to enter all the
information by hand?

We have an enterprise system that has this information, but it is for all
products - I need a streamlines spreadsheet for very specific information - I
just don't know the easiest way to report it all.
