Template for start and end of day cash

My daughter is the treasurer of our local Jr. Fire Explorers. They are
holding their local carnival right now. What kind of template would she use
to keep track of daily start up cash in their cash box and end of the day
cash? They are selling ice cream products and are also holding a raffle.
