I downloaded a customer order database template from Microsoft.com. I opened
it in Access 2000 and clicked on add customer. I get an error message
saying: "The expression On Click you entered as the event property setting
produced the following error: Automation error." I click on OK and the popup
message goes away. I can then click on add new customer and it works fine.
When I first downloaded this template, when I clicked on add customer, it
would give me a different error message and then completey close the Access
program. I downloaded it again and now it isn't doing that but is doing the
above.
I am VERY new to using Access and still trying to figure out how to use it.
Is this error message anything to worry about or just a nuisance?
