Template from Web is password protected - HELP

I downloaded template from MS and I can't modify it, password protects it, this is my first try
What do I do in order to use these templates from the web

From MS Gallery Download online, Excel Time Sheet.
I can't alter in any way, a dialog box pops up asking for a password.

searched for time sheet and downloaded all of them - even the Word
templates. I couldn't find any that are protected.

What language and content did you select and what steps did you take
to find the template?
