Template issue

Hi,

In WORD, when I select new, I get a papge with 2 columns.
When I try to change this template I,m told I cannot
because it's in use. How do I change the template?

Hi Suzanne,

Thank you for the help. I am using 2002 and
finding "Noral" took a second reading.

Renamed the file restarted WORD and everything is OK.
I do not know how I could have added column control into
the Normal template.
