Template issues

I have several company templates created which are being
used through out the company.
The templates are created with Text Form Fields and
Shaded.
Here is the issue:
A new document is created from the Company Memo template.
The Form fields are filled in.
The document is saved, as a different file name and a doc
file not a dot file.
Then the new document is attached to an e-mail and sent to
people through out the company.
When the e-mail recipient opens the attachment, the
document is still shaded where the form fields were.
Is there a way to get rid of the shading when you save the
document as a new file?

Switch off the shading by going in to tools, options, view
select field shading never. You;ll be able to get rid of
shading.
