template needed for check and cash disbursements journal

looking to be able to connect microsoft money account downloads directly to a
cash disbursemnt journal that will take a given check or cash disbursemnt and
spread it to a column listing the use of the disbursement - i.e. medical,
charity, office expense, personal, etc
