template or help

Anybody have a web template I can have which does not have frames, but cells
and when viewed by 800 X 600 appear on whole page without the slide bar
appearing.

I have set the table properties 100 percent but the text in the cells will
not align

ie.. the centre cell the text/pic will appear further down the page.

does this make sense

any help will be very much appreciated
