Template problems

My colleague and I access templates from the server here,
we have one particular template that everyone here can
see properly apart from hers. Hers doesn't load
completely, there are patches missing and this doesn't
rectify itself when printing. We've checked each others
settings, they match, so we can't figure out why she
can't see it completely, any ideas or suggestions much
appreciated.

No thoughts on possible causes but I have some questions.

Which version of Word?

What networking software / operating systems?

What parts, in particular, of the template don't show up in the resulting
documents?
