Template question

Hello,

I want to build a project plan using different templates for different
sections of the plan. I know that you can use the PDS to create a plan based
on a template, but is there a way in MSProject (using the object model) to
open a template and copy its contents into the current plan?

Hi,

Yes, using automation you can copy tasks from one schedule to another.
Record a macro of you doing this manually to get a head start.
