I might have this in the incorrect forum, but thought I'd start here. Please
send me in the right directions if I'm not in the correct forum.
I recieve email leads and want to follow-up with them. To properly provide
our services I need more detailed information from them.
I'd like to customize a response to them by pulling their name and other
data from the email lead.
I can create a RULE in OUTLOOK but from my investigation that is only a
STANDARD response.
What method would I use to pull data from the lead and then send a
customized response to the user.
