Template & Status Manager

Hi, I created a Template as an administrator, but when other Project
Managers use this template they have to change the Status Manager field
before publishing..was this fixed in any of the SPs?

Hi, this was fixed in SP1.

thanks Ben, was it a Project Pro fix or Project server fix? ie could it be
my client is out of date but the server is fine ie with SP1?

Hi Steve, I don't remember - I always keep the client and server in sync
regarding SPs etc.

I believe it may be a client fix, but you should always try to run your
systems at near or the same patch level. At this point, install SP2.
