Regarding Outlook 2007
Currently in my office we have created templates for client changes. There
are at least 5 individuals who have a specific duty for the changes. On the
template, we have instructions indicating the chain of command. The person
that orginally sends the template is instructed to email to person 1, then
person 2, is instructed to then email to person 3, and so on.
When the client calls for follow-up there has been confusion trying to
figure out who is currently working on the template. My question is, is
there any way to track the template that has been emailed so that the
orginator and/or could see who in the group has the template?
If not, does anyone have any suggestions on an easier way to do this? I
checked with our top IT guy today and Sharepoint is not available.
