Template with custom dictionary or autocorrect

How would you add a list of terms to be used in a document into a template so
that users would be prompted if they spelled something wrong that was in the
custom dictionary? 2007.

Can you add a bldg block item to the QAT to show in a template opened on a
computer other than the template creator?

If the term is in an installed custom dictionary then provided the
mis-spelled word is reasonably close to the Word in the custom dictionary,
the user will be offered the correct spelling from the custom dictionary.
You can use more than one custom dictionary, so save the word list in
Notepad as unicode text with the extension DIC and add it to Word via Word
Options > Proofing. With the best will in the world, the spell check
function cannot put read the mind of a user whose hopeless effort at
spelling a particular term bears little relationship to reality.

If you have the template open when you create a QAT entry, then that QAT
entry will be stored with the template. Clearly it would be better if the
building block was also stored in the template in question and not the
normal template or building blocks.dotx
