I have created a worsheet form. I tried saving the data to
an excel sheet thorugh "TEMPLATE" wizard. But I couldn't
save the data. I dont know what's happening.
Its a simple form with the following fields
Fname
Lname
Sex (radio button)
Team ( combo Box)
how can i accomplish this?
