Word opens a new page with an old document. I've tried
all the MS-Support repairs - eg template options to no
avail. I have both works 2002 and Office 2000
professional. Problem is in both programs. Any Ideas.

Thank you so much. The solution worked perfectly. My
queries to Microsoft produced a series of complicated
fixes and downloads, none of which did a thing. My MS
Word is now functioning "normally".
