Once I download an invoice template, how do I use it. I downloaded it,
filled in my info, printed it out but the top of the page did not print out,
the rest of the info did. Thank you

Are you talking about a Word template or an Excel template? If
it's Word, then in Word click on Tools | Options | Print | check
the "Drawing objects" box | OK.
