Templates and Project Server 2003

I have a template that I saved to project server as a
template. Now I want to open said template to use it as
the basis of a new project but I can only get to it
because it appears on my list of recent activities. This
obviously won't work for some-one else. So I do I make the
template visible? It does appear in PWA but only from the
admin menu (which seems appropriate).
The configuration guide appears to have the only reference
to Enterprise Project Templates which it defines as out of
scope. The on-line help is mute on the topic.

If you are using 2002 go under general templates and look
at the Enterprise Templates tab. If you are in 2003 click
file -> new in the left hand pane go under "on my
computer" then go under enterprise templates tab. I hope
this answers your question.
