We have templates that have worked since Word 97.
When a user is upgraded to OfficeXP on a Win2000 system they get an automation error (438). If the user is graded to both WinXP and WinXP they do not get the same error.
The error occurs when the user attempts to import an Excel file into a Word document; however there is no "NewWindow" method used (which can create the same error).
Please help I have 6 customers with deadlines this week and they need their tools to work.
