Templates for Emails

People normally send out a huge number of emails. To make emailing a much
easier task, I have two specific suggestions -

1/ Have a clip library where I can store many of the standard sentences I
use in my emails. For example, a microsoft employee required to respond to
emails can have sentences like, "thanks for your suggestion, we are currently
looking into this" or "your complaint has been forwarded to and you can
contact him for futher details".

2/ Have templates for emails where I can create as many templates as I want.
Then when creating/replying, I can optionally choose an email template to
tailor for my communication. For example, a microsoft employee in charge of
office supplies can have a template for , "Dear John, I would require <>
reams of printing paper this week. The invoice has been dispatched to your
office. Please confirm back to me when you can deliver the paper to my
redmond office" etc.

I find this a useful addition to ensure I don't spend more time mailing than
working.
