templates for powerpoint and word

I cannot get any templates to download. I, too, get the message that my
software may be counterfeit. I just went to geek squad at best buy and they
do not understand it. i have validated and registered. I am ready to go back
to Mac...and suggestions??

for the link to submit a service ticket.
