templates forced to save required enterprise fields that don't apply to template

Hi,

I have an enterprise global with about 50 fields many of
them required.

The issue is when I save a template it requires me to
fill in these value even though for the template the
enterprise codes do not have values. For example, the
template should have the enterprise fields blank for the
required fields. Ie it does not make sense to select
Kentucky for the required state field for a template as
the template should be blank for that required field.
The user should be forced to put in a valid state when
the project is created.

Please advise.

You need to provide a dummy value or other default value for these in your
templates.
