Hi - hoping you can help.

We have a customer who has 3 versions of Word in their office (Office 2000,
Office XP and Office 2003)

Their issue is that when users of different Word versions work on the same
document using their standard template, they have problems with lines and
similar formatting types moving to different positions on the document which
naturally is causing them grief.

Would appreciate any advice that you could give

It's usually a case of the fonts being different. Pick the version you like
best. Copy the fonts from that computer to each of the others.

Might also be different printers or different printer settings.

Another reason is different printer drivers, even if for the same printer.
