Templates/themes

I do not use the templates and themes that come with FP
because they usually look like it. I recently saw a web
site using 'businessincentive' theme. Does anyone know
where that can be found? Also are there other sources for
really professional looking templates/themes - cheap or
free? Thank you in advance.
