I have been trying for two days to download some templates, and each time the
same message appears...This template cannot be downloaded at this time
because of a problem on a Microsoft Office Online server... BUT... I was
able during this time to download other templates..
1. why some and not others and
2. how do I get these templates to download or
3. is Mircrosoft office down????
