I sell on Ebay and would really like to learn how to create templates.
Everywhere I have looked, I have not understood how to do this or understand
the HTML format. I am basically untrained and have purchased ready made
templates that I can alter but would really like to learn an easy way to
create them with sparkly background and scrolling lines or tags or marques. I
do not know if I even used the right words for these items. If anyone can
