Hi Guys

I have Office 97 when I try and set the template location to a network drive
I get the error message "the user templates folder was not found" does any
one know what causes this what could be the problem.

Here is an article that mentions the procedure for changing template
locations

Yes this was followed, I have tried creating a folder on a drive that has
already been shared and it works fine but if I make a new share I cant see
the templates and get the error
