How do I create a template in Word? The template is to be
used by a client to send it to the various Regional
Offices to be filled out. The purpose is for all the
offices to use the same layout , margins and fonts.

There are a number of ways to do this. Probably the simplest is t
1. Open Wor
2. Choose File, Ne
3. Choose from General Template
4. Pick a template that is close to what you want to create
5. Be sure at the bottom of the dialog box you check Create New TEMPLATE (not document
6. This will open a template for you to work on
7. Make changes just as if this were a regular word doc
8. When you save it, make sure you give it a new name so you'll be able to easily identify it.
