Good morning. Im looking to create a template using office for the first time.

In particular, time sheet, sales invoice, etc. However, its asked me to put
in the disk and I get a message indicating it cannot locate a file
proplus.msi.

The install completed was not customized. Any idea where to obtain this?

Not possible... Office 2003 does not run on WinME. The
proplus.msi file should be on your "Office XP Professional with
Front Page" CD.
