Hi, this is my first post.
I have just had Visio re-installed on my work laptop. When I open a new Cross-Functional Flowchart I do not get the Title bar nor the two swim lanes. When I drag a swim lane on the blank sheet I cannot adjust its length and height.
I had it initially installed last week and worked on a flow. When I tried to open it another day I got an Error 275. So this morning I had in my mind I would start it agian. However I didn't get the title bar nor the two smim lanes so I asked our IT department to re-install but it is still the same.
Anyone got any ideas what's happened?
