HI
I went to Office website and downloaded some templates they in .cab format.
I have extract them now they have .cachedcab file extension.
I tried to open it with Excel, it opens but it is like this
"£$£$&$%^%)_@~!¬"!"!"¬¬£$$£"||||||@~{~|?|@
you know what i mean.
Could you please tell me how can I add then templates to Excel????
I have office XP2002, win98SE

Close Internet Explorer.

Go to your control panel and launch the "Regional and Language Settings"
applet. Ensure that "English (United States)" is selected as your "Standard
and Formats" setting.

Relaunch Internet Explorer and browse to
http://office.microsoft.com/templates and try again. It should work for you
now.

(The above steps are for WinXP. Using the Win98 equivalents of the above
should work for you.)
