Temporarily disabling an e-mail account in Outlook 2003

I have a number of e-mail accounts set up in Outlook. One of tyhem is a
"emergency" account, for when my company's main service goes down. When the
main service is up, the emergency service is down. When the mergency service
is down, and Outlook tries to access it, it gets an error response, and
starts pestering me for passwords (that will never work).

How do I temporarily disable one (or the other) of the services? I don't
want to delete the service, because then I'd have to recreate it whenever we
had a primary system failure, and that's just not where I want to go, today.

Thanks in advance!

Perhaps removing it from the send/receive group is what you want.
