ten digit dialing

We now have ten digit dialing in our area (we have to include the area code
for local calls).
I synch my palm pilot with Outlook 2007. Is there a way to change all local
numbers to dial 403 first? Without having to go through every contact to
make the change?

That's a Windows setting, not Outlook. Phone and Modem Options will let you
set that.
