Terminal server install office 2000

I am trying to install office 2000 on windows 2003 server
and it wont let me do it. It keeps teling me office 2000
wont run properlly an d tells me to find lok at resource
kit, but for what

Get ORKTools.exe from
http://www.microsoft.com/office/ork/2000/appndx/toolbox.htm

and follow the instructions. You cannot install Office2000 via setup.exe on
a WTS Machine.
