Terminal Services and Outlook 2003

Hi all,

We just upgraded our TS server from outlook 2000 to 2003 - I was not the
person that did the upgrade, so I have little detail about what was done.

When a non-admin user logs into TS opens outlook, they can receive email
fine, but trying to send results in the email sitting in the outbox
forever -

If I make that user a member of domain admins they can login and all works
well -

Can anyone think of any cause/fix ????
