CAN NEW TERRITORIES BE ADDED TO ACCOUNTS.FOR EXAMPLE,CAN I USE A SALES REP'S NAME AS THE TERRITORY?

No, there's a KB article explaining that the drop-down lists in Business Contact Manager are not customizable.

BCM isn't easily customizable. If you're familiar with custom forms in
Outlook it is possible to customize the territories, but it isn't supported
by Microsoft.
