Is there a way to use text boxes as merge fields and prevent users from
editing the the text boxes before the merge is completed? I have a form that
executes ASK fields during a merge. The responses to the ASK are placed into
text boxes. I would like to prevent the users form entering data directly
into the text boxes so that they must perform the merge to make entries
