TESTING Daylight Savings Time update before March 11

Does anyone have a test plan already set up to test the DST update
for Microsoft Outlook 2003? I have an XP workstation and a test server,
but, I cannot connect to the "live" network or Exchange server to test
the Outlook appointment time changes.
