Testing MailEnable on Outlook 2003

I am testing the MailEnable software with my Windows XP "LocalHost"

Is there a way to setup Outlook 2003 to go and check the mail on the
MailEnable
drop folder ( localhost ) without getting connected to the internet ?

Outlook is giving an error of not connected.
