You could create a template workbook and set it up so that each sheet has the
alignment you want.
Then save it in your XLStart folder as book.xlt.
Whenever you start a new workbook (based on this template), you'll have the
setting you want.
If you create a new workbook (with a single worksheet) with the same settings,
and save that in XLStart, then each worksheet you add to an existing workbook
will be like you want
