Within the frontpage program is a way to place a background to text. This is
always opaque and 100%, yet even the text editor highlights the text with a
darker background to the text. My question is I have a background image
washed out and would like to highlite my text by not loosing the background
but suppressing it in opacity. The text editor makes the text snap out from
a picture background; that is what I need to do.
