text box lines show on page but won't print

I am working on a brochure that has several shaded text boxes. When I print
the brochure, the lines around the text box and drawn lines between text do
not print. I'm using Word 2007. I've researched this issue online, and have
fiddled with Word Options and print settings to try resolving this. Nothing
is working. I would appreciate any help because my deadline for this brochure
is Monday morning (5-17-10). Thank you!

Do you see the lines in Print Preview (not just in Print Layout view)? Is it
possible that the line weight is too fine for your printer? And of course,
are the lines actual lines or borders and not just text boundaries?
