text box margins

Please help. On my worksheet my text box bottom margin does not match in
normal view and print preview. How do I get rid of the bottom gap showing in
print preview?

I guess the bigger issue is that my Normal View and my Print Preview do not
always match. Does anyone else ever have this problem? I'm running Office
2003.
